Nothing extreme and nothing that you could not sustain for the rest of your life. My sample meal plans never eliminate one food group or the other. This specific sample meal plan features recipes loaded with nutrients, vitamins, and a good proportions of carbs versus protein and fat. And of course, they are all delicious, of course!
