Meal Planning Challenge: What to Expect?

This 5-Day online challenge will help you get organized and create a system that will allow you to eat healthy as many days per week as you want to, and not just when you have extra time on your hands. Because we all know it, that never happens!

As a "Challenger", you will receive daily emails to guide you through each step of the process, which you can take on your own time that day. You will also get access to a Private Facebook group in which I will be present daily, to answer questions, provide support, etc. So, not only do you get a meal plan and recipe book with itemized shopping list, tips, and strategies, but you also get direct access to your Certified Health Coach (me!) on Facebook. The Facebook Group is where daily "lessons" will be posted and where I will go live to talk to you directly. Oh, and by the way, don't worry if you can't watch videos live. They will stay in the group for you to enjoy on your own time.

If you know me, you know that I am a strong advocate of balance and long-term results. So, it's not keto, it's not high fat, it's nothing extreme and it's nothing that you could not sustain for the rest of your life. My sample meal plans never eliminate one food group or the other. This specific sample meal plan features recipes with a good amount of protein while keeping fat and carbs in check. The result is that the recipes I give you are way lower in carbs than what you might be used to. Thus, the "low"-carb sample meal plan. And by the way, they are all delicious, of course!
